Every itinerary on this site is a starting point, not a fixed departure. Most of our guests change something — an extra night here, a different hotel there, a whole region swapped out — and the price moves with it. That is the point of building the trip from scratch.

Most people arrive with something specific in mind. A photographer who needs to be on Sigiriya before the light goes. A family who want the wildlife without the 5am starts. A group who would rather spend four days in one place than four days in four. All of that is easier to plan from scratch than to bolt onto a fixed departure.

How a custom tour comes together
Send us a rough idea — your dates, roughly how long you have, and what matters most. We come back with a draft itinerary and a price, usually within 24 hours. From there we keep adjusting until it reads right: swap a night, change a hotel category, add a rest day, drop something that does not excite you.
What comes as standard
- Accommodation on half board (breakfast and dinner) in double or twin rooms
- A private air-conditioned vehicle for the whole trip
- An English-speaking chauffeur guide
- Airport meet and greet on arrival
- One litre of drinking water per person per day
- All applicable taxes and VAT
Not included: international flights, visa or ETA fees, entrance fees to sites and attractions, lunch, and optional activities such as rafting or whale watching. Every quote lists the exact inclusions before you pay anything.
One thing worth knowing
Distances in Sri Lanka are short but the roads are slow. The 80 kilometres from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya can take three hours or more. We plan around real driving times rather than map distances, which usually means fewer stops per day than first-time visitors expect — and a far better trip for it.
