What’s included in the tour package?

Every tour includes accommodation on half board (breakfast and dinner) in double or twin rooms, a private air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking chauffeur guide for the full trip, airport meet and greet, one litre of drinking water per person per day, and all applicable taxes and VAT. Not included: international flights, visa fees, entrance fees to sites and attractions, lunch, optional activities such as rafting or whale watching, and personal expenses. We list the exact inclusions on your quote before you pay anything.

Can I customize my trip itinerary?

Yes — every itinerary on this site is a starting point, not a fixed package. Tell us how long you have, what you want to see and the pace you prefer, and we will send you a personalised version built around your interests and travel dates. You can extend or shorten days, swap destinations, change hotel categories, or start from a blank page and let us build the whole route with you.

When is the best time to visit Sri Lanka?

Sri Lanka has two monsoons, so there is a good season somewhere on the island year-round. December to March is best for the west and south coasts, Colombo and the hill country. May to September suits the east and north — Trincomalee, Arugam Bay and Jaffna. The Cultural Triangle (Sigiriya, Dambulla, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa) works all year and is driest between February and September. Tell us your dates and we will route the trip toward the weather.

What should I prepare before the trip?

A passport valid for at least six months beyond your arrival date, your ETA or visa approval, and travel insurance covering medical care and cancellation. Pack light, breathable clothing plus something warm for the hill country — Nuwara Eliya gets cold at night. Bring modest clothing that covers shoulders and knees for temples, along with socks, since shoes come off at religious sites. Also useful: sunscreen, insect repellent, any personal medication, and a little cash in rupees for entrance fees and tips.
